1. Information we collect

We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, optional phone number, age confirmation, account identifier, and purchase-tracking consent choice.

Scanning your account QR only opens your account for an authorized administrator. After a completed in-store purchase is saved, we store the date, amount, general product category, optional receipt number, and administrator identity.

2. What customers can see

Customers see total recorded purchases, distinct purchase days, and a neutral chronological history containing the transaction date and amount. Reversed records are excluded from the activity counts. General category details, receipt numbers, and administrator attribution are restricted to authorized administrators for operational and correction purposes.

3. How we use information

We use account and purchase-history information only to authenticate accounts, display neutral purchase activity, operate the account-history feature, prevent duplicate or unauthorized entries, provide customer support, maintain audit and correction records, protect the service, and meet legal obligations.

Account activity and purchase information are not used for advertising, marketing, product recommendations, or behavioral profiling.

4. Consent and withdrawal

Affirmative purchase-tracking consent is required when creating an account through the app. Joker Smoker LLC may store the date, amount, and general category of completed in-store purchases as part of your account history. These records do not earn points, rewards, discounts, credits, coupons, or free products.

You can withdraw purchase-tracking consent at any time afterward in Profile. After withdrawal, administrators cannot connect new transactions to your account. Existing history remains until you delete your account.

5. Service providers and disclosures

Account data is processed using Supabase as our database, authentication, and managed hosting service provider. Service providers may process data only to operate and secure the service under protections consistent with this policy.

We do not sell purchase history or share it for advertising. We may disclose information when legally required or when reasonably necessary to protect customers, administrators, our rights, or the security of the service.

6. Retention and account deletion

We retain account, purchase-day, and purchase-history data while your account is active. You may permanently delete your account from Profile in the app. Deletion removes your customer account and associated purchase and consent history from the active service.

Limited copies may remain temporarily in protected service backups or where retention is legally required. They are not used for other purposes and are deleted or anonymized through the applicable retention process.

7. Security

We use role-based access, database authorization rules, server-side validation, duplicate-submission protection, and audit events to protect account records. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Age restriction

The app is intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly provide accounts through the app to anyone under 21.

9. Your choices

You choose when to present your account QR to an authorized administrator. You can review neutral purchase activity, withdraw or re-enable purchase tracking after account creation, and permanently delete your account in the app. You may also contact the store about privacy questions or requests.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as appropriate.
