These terms govern access to and use of Joker Smoker Member, the customer account-history app provided by Joker Smoker LLC. Using the app means you agree to these terms.
1. Eligibility and account security
The app is intended for customers 21 years of age or older. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
2. Limited app function
Authorized administrators may scan a customer account QR to open the account, then record the amount and a general category for an in-store transaction already completed at the physical register. The scan itself does not create activity; counts update only after a purchase is saved. The app does not provide product browsing, ordering, checkout, payment, delivery, or fulfillment.
3. No promotional or monetary value
Account-history entries do not provide points, rewards, discounts, credits, coupons, free products, stored value, or any right to receive goods or money. Every transaction is treated independently.
4. Purchase tracking consent
Affirmative purchase-tracking consent is required when creating an account through the app. You may withdraw consent later in Profile without losing access to the rest of your account. If tracking is disabled, administrators cannot connect new purchase records to your account.
5. Records and corrections
You should contact the store if you believe a transaction record is incorrect. Only administrators may reverse an incorrect record. A reversal preserves the original record and creates an audit event with the administrator, reason, and timestamp. Records are not silently deleted as a correction method.
6. Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another person’s account, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, submit false information, or use the app in violation of applicable law.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue the account-history service when reasonably necessary. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Changes will not convert account-history entries into anything with promotional or monetary value.
8. Account deletion
You may permanently delete your account in Profile. Deletion removes access to the account and associated active-service history, subject only to the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation
The service is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Joker Smoker LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use or unavailability of the account-history service.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where Joker Smoker LLC operates, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
